· Conduct a visual inspection of your property on a daily basis and report to you should any problems occur.

 

· Supervise any work you may be having done to the property.

· Whether you are the owner or have paying guests staying at your property for holidays, it’s always nice to arrive to a clean property with laundered sheets and towels.

 

· We can clean  your property and launder the linen after you and your guests have vacated.

 

· We will meet  your guests at the property to hand over the keys, give a brief tour of the property and converse any special requests you have about appliances and security procedures, we will also be available during your guests stay, should they experience any problems.

· Transfers from Alicante or Murcia airports can be arranged.

· We can supply basic provisions for you or your guests arrival.

· We can arrange for any property  maintenance, repairs or installations such as English TV, Ceiling fans/ Lighting, Security Locks and Grills, Plumbing and Decorating
